BELOW YOU CAN FIND THE RULES FOR RETURNING WALLPAPERS
You have the option to exchange or return photo wallpapers within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. To qualify for this, ensure the product is unused and free from any signs of wear, gaps, scratches, or abrasions.
If the product was delivered with a defect, such as print defects (stripes, spots not present in the ordered image), incorrect picture or material, visible damage (from transportation of the photo wallpapers), or if there is any part missing from the order, we will process your replacement order at no additional cost.
In the event of delivery damage, please have the courier open the package in your presence. Document the damage with the courier and take photographs to send to us for further review of your complaint.

There are instances where we are unable to accept exchanges or returns:
- If the product has been damaged without fault of the carrier.
- If the product has been used, i.e., wallpapers have been applied and adhesive from the order has been used.
- Custom orders tailored to your specifications are not eligible for return or exchange.
- If a complaint is filed more than 30 days from the purchase date.
Claims after the wallpaper has been applied are not accepted.
