The prices displayed on the product cards of our website represent the cost for the minimum ordering area available (1ft²) of the most popular material offered.
Your final product price is influenced by various factors including the order area, selected material, and any additional options chosen during order configuration.
Upon receiving an order, we routinely review product prices. If an error in pricing for the products you've ordered is identified, we will promptly reach out to provide you with the option to proceed with the purchase at the corrected price or cancel your order. We will hold off on processing your order until we receive your response. Should we be unable to contact you using the provided contact information at checkout, we'll consider the order canceled and notify you accordingly in writing.
All prices are quoted in CAD including VAT. Delivery to the Canada is included in the order price. Delivery to other countries is charged separately.
Within the Canada, we rely on FedEx courier service for deliveries.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the carrier.
Once your package has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email containing delivery specifics and instructions on how to track your order.
All delivery dates and times provided are estimates only. While we strive to meet them, we cannot be held liable if we're unable to do so.
We highly recommend refraining from hiring any installers until after your order has been delivered and inspected by you. We cannot be held responsible for any expenses or charges incurred from non-delivery or orders not inspected upon receipt.
Please be aware that we do not process or dispatch orders on public holidays and Sundays in the Canada.
