How do I measure my wall?
Follow our measuring guide. Add 6–10 cm (about 2½–4 in) to the measured width and height to allow for uneven walls and trimming.
How is my mural divided into panels?
Your mural is printed to the dimensions entered when ordering and divided into panels up to 50 cm (about 20 in) wide.
How will my wall mural arrive?
We print your mural to order and divide it into panels. The panels are rolled and packed for delivery. Follow the installation instructions included with your order.
How do I clean my wallpaper?
Clean gently with a slightly damp sponge. Avoid scrubbing and detergents, which can damage the finish and colours. Follow the care instructions for your chosen material.
Is the wallpaper waterproof?
Our wallpaper is not intended for continuous contact with water or high humidity. A varnish option, where available, does not make the wallpaper waterproof. Check the care instructions for the selected material.
Where can I find information about the materials?
See our materials page for the available finishes and our certificates page for the published documents. If you have a specific requirement, contact us before ordering.
What is the varnish option?
A thin, transparent varnish coating is applied to the printed wallpaper. This option is available for compatible materials in the configurator. Compare the material descriptions and follow the care instructions.
