How do I measure my wall?
Follow our measuring guide. Add 6–10 cm (about 2½–4 in) to the measured width and height to allow for uneven walls and trimming.

Our wallpaper is not intended for continuous contact with water or high humidity. A varnish option, where available, does not make the wallpaper waterproof. Check the care instructions for the selected material.

What is the varnish option?
A thin, transparent varnish coating is applied to the printed wallpaper. This option is available for compatible materials in the configurator. Compare the material descriptions and follow the care instructions.
How do I track my delivery?
We send the tracking number to the email address used for your order. Enter it on the carrier’s website to follow your delivery. If you cannot find our message, check your spam folder or contact us at [email protected].
My order has not arrived. What should I do?
Production usually takes 1–3 business days, or 4–7 during busy periods. Delivery within Canada usually takes 7–10 business days after dispatch. Check the tracking information for the latest update. If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, contact us at [email protected].
Can I order for delivery outside Canada?
Contact us with the destination country and postal code so we can confirm delivery availability and charges before you order.
Who delivers my order?
Orders in Canada are delivered by Fedex. Use the tracking information sent by email to follow your package.
Are import duties and Canadian taxes included?
Yes. The displayed prices in CAD include applicable import duties and GST/HST/QST. If you receive a separate invoice for these charges upon delivery, contact our customer service team so we can resolve it.

For a custom wall mural, enter your wall dimensions following the measuring guide. We print the selected design to the ordered size and divide it into panels up to 50 cm (about 20 in) wide.
Which wallpaper paste should I use?
Choose paste suitable for your selected wallpaper material and follow its installation instructions. You can add the recommended paste to your order where this option is available. Peel and Stick wallpaper does not need additional paste.
